Wild Elephants Re-Appear In Quang Nam Province

According to Nguyen Ngoc Nguyen, conduct of Nong Son District’s timberland government board, some days ago, people of Que Lam Commune saw 7 elephants during a area adjacent Phuoc Ninh Commune.
